I've been meaning to take some photos of our apartment but it's pretty difficult to find a time to do that when I have a 2-year-old tornado that follows me around and destroys the house the second I clean it. However, I did manage to get some photos taken of our room this morning while Taylor was busy making a mess in the living room.
So, without further interruption, my sanctuary:

I really love the way it turned out. I also loved how frugal we were in decorating our room. I got all the bedding at Target for a great price; I already had two of the three bookshelves and got the third one from my mom for free, and we bought the amazing leather chair from Sean's work for only $20 because one of the front legs was broken - but $5 and a trip to the Home Depot was all it took to get it back in working order.
I'll post some pics of the living room and dining/kitchen area when those are clean.
