Beatin' the heat

Taylor and I have both been feeling a bit cooped up in the house since he's been sick, so we decided to beat the afternoon heat by playing outside in the sprinklers. At first he wasn't sure about the cold water, but before long he was pulling the sprinkler closer to him and trying to pick up water with his shovels. It was a great way to get out of the house for a little while and it was really cool in the shade with the water running. I loved watching him play in his cute swim trunks and water shoes. We'll definitely be doing this more as the season gets hotter.
